Delivery is available in South Africa only.

How does your delivery system work?

Packages will be shipped via courier services. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.
Delivery is charged at R100.00 Nationwide. We also have a local pickup option, to collect in Albertinia, Western Cape, 6695

Delivery timings

Delivery timescales depend on the location, estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

Returns & Refunds

We care about you and your customer satisfaction so if you need a refund you can request one.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
